An online webinar is a session where you SEE my computer screen and HEAR me over your phone, from the convenience of your home or office!
We will be using an online service, called 'GLANCE' , for all webinars. This service allows you to SEE MY COMPUTER SCREEN as we work.
During the session, please close all other programs on your computer and go to www.lisamariedias.glance.net (you should be able to click on this link or type the address directly into your URL bar).
You may need to go thru some basic initializing steps - allowing the program to run on your computer, etc. It should only take a minute to get started.
You will also need to call in (to hear what I am saying) using the phone number I sent when you registered.
If it is a group session or class, there will be a phone number plus a call in code (also given to you in the email sent when you registered)
If it is a 1 on 1 session, the phone number will be 973.275.9497 and there will be no code needed.
Once we are on the call, I will be able to give you the GLANCE session key.

1-on-1 E-Newsletter Session Prep - Beginners
Thank you so much for signing up for a one-on-one session to learn more about Constant Contact. During our class, we will go through the process of opening a free trial account, walk through the steps needed to set up and start an e-newsletter and I will show you how to input and manage your contacts. In order to make the most of our time together, I will ask you to pull together some files and information in advance. I will also explain how the call will work so we can spend all our time on your project rather than on figuring out how to get it started!
First, you will call me at 973.275.9497. You will also need to be sitting in front of your computer during the session and be online. Please close any other programs you may have on your computer and go to www.lisamariedias.glance.net At the beginning of the call, I will give you a code to type in, once you enter the code, you will be able to see MY computer screen on your monitor. For the rest of the session, we will be talking and you will be watching what I do online. You may want to have a pad of paper and pen nearby to take notes.
We will be opening a free Constant Contact trial account for you during the class, please do NOT do this in advance. The account will be available for you to work with for 60 days after opening. After that period, you can choose to upgrade it to a full account or let it expire, it is your choice and there is no obligation to upgrade it. If you do choose to upgrade it, I offer up to $50 in rebates and discounts on future services and packages. You can visit the Services page to learn more about those offers.
If you have any specific areas you would like to cover, or would prefer to create a flyer, event reminder or product promotion rather than an e-newsletter, please let me know. Just send me an email LMD@LisaMarieDiasDesigns.com and we can adjust the agenda to accommodate your needs.
Before we meet, please have the following ready
- A Username: (anything you want – keep it easy)
- Password: (minimum 6 characters)
If possible, please send me the following info:
- Your business logo (in a .jpeg format)
- A short paragraph about your company and product
- A short paragraph about you
- A photo of yourself and/ or your product
If you cannot do this, do not worry, the session will still be productive and you will learn a lot but if you can get this to me ahead of time, we will be able to get a lot more done and the end product will be much more useful.
Group E-Newsletter Session Prep - Beginners

One participant will be 'featured' - they will provide information in advance to be used in the sample we will create in class.
Here, I will explain how the call will work so we can spend all our time on your project rather than on figuring out how to get it started!

Please close any other programs you may have on your computer and go to web address sent in the confirmation email. At the beginning of the call, I will give you a code to type in, once you enter the code, you will be able to see MY computer screen on your monitor. For the rest of the session, we will be talking and you will be watching what I do online. You may want to have a pad of paper and pen nearby to take notes.
