Explanation of Show Types and Events
A brief explanation of the various types of Shows and Events offered - please read through to find the one that best fits your lifestyle and schedule!
"Home Show - Whoville, NJ" - A Home Show is hosted by a customer, held at their home (or sometimes their office). The date, time, town and state will be noted. These are often open only to invited guests but if you are interested in attending, please call or email me as the hostess may allow outside guests if she knows they are fellow LMDD customers.
A full selection of Jewelry will be out on display and sold at full price - which is always, if you have ever shopped with me, much lower than you would ever find elsewhere! If there are any sale bags available, I will bring them to these shows.
These are an enjoyable way to get together with friends and family for a fun 'Girls Night (or Morning!) Out'.
"Home Show to benefit XYZ cause - Whoville, NJ" - This is a Home Show, hosted by a customer, held at their home (or sometimes their office) where a percentage of the sales will be donated to a specific cause or organization. The town and state will be noted. These are often open only to invited guests but if you are interested in attending, and the location is nearby, please call or email me as the hostess may allow outside guests if she knows they are fellow LMDD customers.
A full selection of Jewelry will be out on display and sold at full price - which is always, if you have ever shopped with me, much lower than you would ever find elsewhere!
These are a really fun (and easy!) way to raise funds for a cause that means a lot to you.
"My (Spring or Holiday) Home Show - South Orange, NJ" - This is a Home Show, hosted in my home in South Orange, held twice a year - once in the Spring, once in the Fall. These are usually multi-day shows and will have at least one full day offered. ALL the Jewelry will be out on display pieces and I try to time these shows to be at the beginning of the season so these are the shows with the LARGEST selection. If you are the type of person that wants first pick, this is the show for you! I also make up my sale bags - past season jewels that are marked way down for sale - before these shows, so if you want to find great deals, the selection of sale bags are best at these shows.
All items are 15% off regular prices (except the sale bags which are as marked). There are always coupons attached to the newsletters and emails which are usually in addition to this discount so if you are looking for bargains, this is another reason to look for these shows!
These are open to ALL LMDD customers and their guests and are a really nice way to shop in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
"Corporate Show - Whoville, NJ" - A Show held at a corporate campus. The date, time, town and state will be noted. These are open only to employees of the corporation but are announced in the newsletter to let them know when I will be there.
A full selection of Jewelry will be out on display and sold at full price - which is always, if you have ever shopped with me, much lower than you would ever find elsewhere! If there are any sale bags available, I will bring them to these shows.
A percentage of the sales will be kept by, or donated to a cause indicated by, the corporation.
If your employer runs these types of events and you think that your fellow workers would like my jewelry, please contact me to see if we can set up a date for a show!
"Mini Show - South Orange, NJ" - This is a scaled down Home Show, hosted in my home in South Orange, held every month or so. ALL the Jewelry will be out in trays (no display pieces). Sale bags will be out. I have had requests to have these on a more regular basis so I will be trying to set one up each month or so.
All items are 15% off regular prices (except the sale bags which are as marked).
These are open to ALL LMDD customers and their guests and are a really nice way to shop in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Private Appointments - At Your Place
This is an appointment where I come to you with a selection of jewelry. This is an extremely convenient way to shop - on your own schedule, without any travel hassle. You can try things on with clothes you already own, look at your existing jewelry to find complimentary pieces and to pick out presents for anyone on your gift giving lists. It is very easy and great for those of you with a really hectic schedule!
Private Appointments - At My Place
This is an appointment where you come to me. I put out a selection of jewelry, including any sale bags that might be available. This is also a convenient way to shop - we set up a time that fits your schedule! You can bring clothing and jewelry to make and coordinate and we can spend time looking at different options. If you like to try on the earrings (which I do not allow at most shows), these are for you since I can keep track of what is tried on and clean them!

"GoTo Necklace" Events - These are held at a Home or Boutique and Kerry Cordero, our resident stylist, is there to help you find YOUR GoTo Necklace - a necklace that you will GoTo (pick-up) day after day to wear with everything!
These are called 'events' because they are usually a bit larger, involve more people, wine and cheese and are often open to the public.
"How to Wear It" Events - These are held at a Home or Boutique and Kerry Cordero, our resident stylist, is there to help you figure out 'How to Wear It' - Accessorizing tips on how to put it all together. You are welcome to bring your own jewelry and clothing for a personal consult! A small fee is usually charged for this event.
These are called 'events' because they are usually a bit larger, involve more people, wine and cheese and are often open to the public.
